Meet the Team

  • Dann Standard

    Dann Standard has been flying and teaching for many years accumulating over 2200 flight hours. Dann is a captain in all our aircraft and wants to make your private flight the best experience possible. He is a Gold Seal flight instructor and has a Bachelor of Science in Network Management along with a Master of Business Administration. Dann holds an Airline Transport Rating in multi-engine aircraft and is type rated in the Cessna Citation. He has experience in the King Air 350, 200 and 90 series along with many other aircraft. Dann puts safety and customer service above all else.

  • Mack Passero

    ATP / CFI / CFII / MEI / ASES / Glider / A&P / sUAS

    Since 1989, Michael has taught people to fly in every type of aircraft, from a Piper J-3 Cub to a Citation Jet, while holding a 99.8% pass rate for student check rides. He has bought and sold over 100 aircraft, including 5 Beechraft King Airs (90’s and 200’s.) Michael has accumulated over 13,500+ Hours of flight time, 6,500+ of which as a Flight Instructor. In addition to being a three-time Master Certified Flight Instructor (MCFI), he holds a Citation 500 type rating, commercial seaplane, glider, tailwheel and A&P mechanic ratings. He has been and is currently a Director of Operations, a check airmen and a part135.340 instructor pilot for a Florida based charter company.

Highly Selective

Our pilots are screened and vetted so that we present the most highly qualified and experienced pilots possible to our clients. Among many other requirements, each pilot on our roster is required to pass a criminal background check and sign a letter of confidentiality.

Captain Qualified

We appreciate the value of having captain qualified pilots in both the left and right seats. This arrangement exceeds FAA requirements and helps to ensure the highest level of qualifications, experience and safety.

Service Orientated

Each pilot signs an employment agreement, including a statement of strict confidentiality.
